It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products, however gift baskets are custom assembled on location by within 24 hours after order submission and not subject to cancellation. Customized gift baskets, gift baskets containing food items and treats are not returnable unless products are damaged during shipping. The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. There is a mandatory 15% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and returns may apply.

Also note, every attempt will be made to stock the basket exactly as described, on rare occasion items may be substituted with something of equal or greater value.
